Amendments
The following additions, deletions, or changes are made to the above policy and are immediately effective on the date shown as the amendment date.
Amendment — effective 15 October 2026
DIY Hub seats. You can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a refund of what you paid, less $15 for the domain we registered in your name. The domain stays yours.
After 14 days. No partial refunds. Your hub stays live to the end of the paid year.
Paid bookings (Lab compute hour, Deployment Session). Non-refundable if you cancel. If we cancel, you're refunded in full.

To the extent any of the provisions of the agreement are inconsistent with the provisions in these user amendments, the inconsistent provisions of the agreement are void and the provisions contained in these user amendments shall control.
No other provisions of the agreement shall be deemed changed by these user amendments, and all such unchanged provisions are incorporated by reference into these user amendments as if set forth in full and hereby ratified. This user amendment does not nullify the agreement.
